Street Outreach

The Street Outreach Van allows us to check in on the wellness of folks  in our community, with primary focus on unsheltered and precariously housed Winnipeggers. Outreach staff will offer any assistance they can through community outreach, free supplies, resources and harm reduction.

We serve all genders and all people
