Financial Donations

Send a one-time donation or monthly contribution using the form below or through Canada Helps.

Mail or drop off a cheque addressed to West Central Women’s Resource Centre Inc. to 640 Ellice Ave, Winnipeg, MB  R3G 0A7.

Gifts of $20 and higher will receive a charitable tax receipt.

Items Needed

**Please note we cannot accept clothing or household items. You can drop these off at the Thrive Thrift Shop at 555 Spence St in support of the Thrive Community Support Circle.**

Items we accept:

  • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash- full-size bottles only
  • Deodorant/antiperspirant/ deodorant rocks- all sizes, scented and unscented
  • Toothbrushes, toothpaste and dental floss- full sizes for children and adults
  • Razors and shaving cream – full-size cans
  • Toenail/ fingernail clippers, manicure kits, nail files and nail brushes
  • Tweezers
  • Pad, tampons, and liners
  • Combs and brushes
  • Hand Lotion
  • Lip balm
  • Q-tips/makeup remover pads
  • Socks
  • Underwear
  • Mugs
  • Medium/small plates
  • Sunscreen
  • Child-friendly bug spray

Volunteer orientations take place based on the needs of our programs, so spots are limited. If you are being considered for a position, you will be contacted by our Director of Mentorship.

Student Placements
